Refund policy

At Zyvors, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch, but in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue are shared for verification

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen differences

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Images or video showing the issue

  • Short explanation of the problem

Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 12-14 business days

  • Refund processing may take 12–14 business days depending on the payment provider

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible


Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is available for eligible returns

  • Pickup charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products

  • Exchange will be done within 7 days

  • Return will be done within 7 days

  • Cancellations should be done within 5 days

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Products marked as non-returnable

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
